Maître-Restaurateur in Thonac since 2010, Benoît Archambeau, head chef at Archambeau's restaurant, shares his passion for the produce of his region. A gourmet land... Because here in the Dordogne, gastronomy is a real art of living!
And Benoît accompanies this tradition, using regional products, generous cooking with authentic flavors. "Home-made" cooking which gives pride of place to regional specialties (truffles and foie gras from Perigord, omelettes and fricassee of porcini mushrooms, scrambled truffles in season, duck confit and duck breasts, cassoulet ...) which in no way lack creativity.
A la carte, a wide choice of dishes (vegetarian, fish, meat, specialties ...) or the menu, typically regional or daily at very reasonable prices, there is something for all tastes.
Dishes that you enjoy in one of our two air-conditioned dining rooms with a total capacity of 140 which can accommodate groups and private parties.
In summer, our shaded terrace overlooking the garden and pool is the ideal place for a pleasant gourmet break whilst the children enjoy the playground.
